To carry out the goals mentioned in the Preamble, as well as the rest of the constitution. 2. To bring awareness towards the increasing popularity of the K-pop culture in North America, specifically the University of California, Riverside. 3. To encourage and support the students in their pursuit of cultural and social interests. Name of Organization The official name of this organization is Hallyu At UCR. This is a combination of “hallyu” and UCR. Hallyu is a word for the spread of the “Korean Wave” or South Korean culture. We plan to provide a space for people to make new connections and learn more about the culture.
