The purpose of this organization shall be to exist as a social and research forum meant to promote collaboration create a sense of community among students and serve as a vital link between faculty and students. AHGSA hosts events through out the year such as: an annual Graduate Student Symposium, gallery trips, guest speakers and association meetings. Additionally, a student representative attends faculty meetings and represents student interests. Through meetings, activities and a focus on departmental development, we aim to support the goals of students within the Art History Department.
