Skateboard Club at University of California Riverside

This organization exists to give skateboarders and its followers chances to advance themselves in places other than a local park. Trips and events will be organized to feed the need of skateboarders at UCR and to promote the culture of skateboarding. This organization is a healthy environment for skaters of all levels to grow and cultivate, even those who are new to skateboarding and would like to try it out. Alongside that, we are open and more than accepting of individuals who are interested in the culture of skateboarding and its various aspects outside the physical sport itself, such as: art & design, fashion, photography, music, editing skate videos, watching skate videos, etc. Lastly, this organization likes to put an emphasis on academics over skateboarding, because we are really here at UCR to further our education and to obtain a degree that will benefit our members lifelong.
