Student Life is dedicated to the education and development of UCR's diverse student body and to creating a meaningful, learning-centered campus life for students at the University. Student Life works in active partnership with students, faculty, and staff colleagues to foster and support student opportunities for learning, involvement, leadership, community building, and creative expression that complement classroom experiences. Student Life further supports student organizations and their leaders, and they in turn provide programs and resources to the student body and the wider University community. In the office of Student Life, staff work to support student organizations, Highlander Orientation, commuter programs, leadership development programs, veterans services, and first-year programs. For student organizations, each "cluster" of organizations has a designated Student Life Advisor. This person provides resources and information to support student organization functions such as event planning, leadership development, and officer transition for student organization leaders. The Student Life Advisors also facilitate workshops, and assist students in navigating the UCR campus. Here are the various clusters for student organizations!
