Alpha Chi Omega is a national women's organization that enriches the lives of members through lifetime opportunities for friendship, leadership, learning, and service. Alpha Chi Omega's national philanthropy supports Survivors of Domestic Violence and promotes domestic violence awareness. To support our cause, Iota Xi held our annual Next Top Alpha in the Spring of 2025. In this pageant-like event, our campus' fraternities, sororities and other greek organizations raised money through fundraisers in the weeks leading up to the event and our sisters, friends and family all donated as well. Organizations on campus and people of all ages are invited to our community wide event to contribute to the cause and buy tickets to watch their peers compete for Next Top Alpha. Together, this philanthropic event worked to fight domestic violence by raising awareness and money for the Riverside Area Rape Crisis Center. As an Organization we have raised over $100,000 for NORA. We are recognized for focusing on diversity, equity, boosting member moral, and mental health programming. We encourage diversity and inclusion for all of our members!
