The purpose of ARMS is to create a long-term educational pipeline that supports under-resourced and underrepresented students from elementary school through college in accessing pre-medical and health-related career pathways. ARMS aims to provide mentorship, academic guidance, exposure to medical professions, and leadership development through peer advising, community outreach, and professional engagement.
