The mission of this Chapter is to provide students with leadership development, hands-on healthcare project opportunities, and access to a global professional network through CGHS programs such as the Honors Member Program and Global Impact Fellowship. This Chapter is part of the Council for Global Health Scholars, a cooperative initiative that has spent the past twenty years helping top students navigate and succeed in demanding medical professions while contributing to healthcare infrastructure and volunteer networks worldwide, impacting over 1,000,000 patients. As a distinguished Chapter, our focus is to bring together like-minded scholars to develop healthcare innovations that support underserved communities globally, in partnership with Global Medical Brigades®. Through these efforts, students will gain real-world experience in implementing solutions that address healthcare challenges in various communities. Additionally, members will benefit from leadership training and project management development, along with immediate access to exclusive resources such as certification programs, free graduate school preparation materials, scholarship opportunities, and global networking connections that will help advance their careers in healthcare leadership.
